Note: It means the temperature of surface of the connector, rather than the temperature that the hot air gun should set.

Step 1 Thread the connector to one of the wires and then twist the two conductor together. Tips: Please make sure the end of the wire that you strip out is nice and clean (shiny). |
Step 2 Move the connector to the middle of the conductor. Tips: Make sure you strip out the end of the wire long enough for them to overlap one another and stay in the area of the solder sleeve. |
Step 3 Apply heat to the connector slowly and evenly with a heat gun with reflector nozzle until it melt with the wire. Tips: Some of our customers can use lighter to finish the joint, but we strongly recommend to use a heat gun to heat shrink the connector, especially for beginners. |

Note:
For best result, please use a hot air gun and rotate the connector to evenly apply heat.
Please raise the temperature from low to high gradually when you use the hot air gun to heat the wire connector.
Please DO NOT set the high temperature at the beginning, or the surface of connector will be over-heated, which will lead to the tube melt while the solder ring still not melt.
Keep the hot air gun at the proper distance. Don't get too close.
